PROPERTY & REAL ESTATE:
The firm provides a full range of conveyancing services including advising, negotiating, and drafting property transactions. individual and corporate investors. We represent individual and corporate investors interested in the acquisition, investment and development of property investigating and deducing title, procuring planning applications, preparation and perfection of conveyancing documents and obtaining government consents and approvals incidental to these transactions. Our team is drawn from a diverse pool of lawyers with multi-jurisdictional transaction experience and our core values are integrity, innovation and professionalism in service. The team is led by OHILEBO UNUIGBE, an accomplished legal practitioner and Notary Public for the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He holds a master’s in law degree from the University of Lagos and has acquired critical knowledge and skills at the Harvard Business School, the Lagos Business School, University of Pennsylvania and the International Law Institute. He is a senior member of the Nigeria Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and the Association of International Energy Negotiators.
